If you encounter any errors or bugs while using the app, please send us an email or message via the contact information available at the bottom of this website.

Another thing you can do is send the feedback directly from the Kanjiverse app.

  1. Open the "Overflow" (⋮) menu at the top right of any page and tap Send Feedback.
  2. This automatically attaches a screenshot of the current screen that you can annotate.
  3. For example, you can use the pen tool to highlight the element in question.
  4. Once you hit Send, we will receive your annotated screenshot alongside your comment.
