Dashboard

After you first launch Kanjiverse, you should be presented with a Dashboard that looks like this:

The first time, a Welcome card invites you to pick your Japanese level; this calibrates the app to your proficiency (see Switch Level below). Below it, the dashboard shows a Random Word and a Random Sentence picked for your level, and the Explore Lists and Explore Sentences sections.

When you tap the round Search button at the bottom of the screen, you will be taken to the search page. This is where you can use the Learner’s Dictionary.

Setting Preferences

At the bottom of the screen, tap the Account button. This will take you to a page where you can customize the app to your liking.

Tap Switch Level to change the difficulty of the vocabularies you will encounter.

The Dark Mode tile switches between System, Light, and Dark themes.
